1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Built For Trades ("BFT", "we", "us") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
BFT provides tailored managed systems for trade businesses, including digital foundations, reception and lead capture, lead conversion, revenue recovery and separately scoped stackable systems. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement will be confirmed in a separate proposal or written agreement.
3. Payments
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and any access required for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our systems complies with applicable laws, including spam, telecommunications and consumer protection regulations.
5. Intellectual property
All underlying systems, templates, prompts and configurations developed by BFT remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the configured systems for your business during the term of the engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits, revenue or data) arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
